Privacy Policy
Last Updated: March 2026WellTao is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how you can control it.
Information We Collect
WellTao is a static content website with no user accounts, forms, or login. We do not collect any personal information directly. The only data collected is anonymous usage data gathered automatically by third-party analytics tools when you browse the site — such as pages visited, time on site, and device type. Technical data such as IP address and browser type may also be collected by our hosting provider (Cloudflare) for security and performance purposes.
Cookies and Analytics
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies only with your consent (via the cookie banner shown on your first visit). Analytics cookies we may use include: Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) — measures traffic and user behavior; Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corp.) — records anonymised session replays and heatmaps to improve usability; Cloudflare Web Analytics — privacy-friendly traffic measurement with no cookies. You can withdraw or change your consent at any time by clicking "Manage preferences" in the cookie banner. Refusing analytics cookies does not affect your ability to use the site.
How We Use Your Data
Data collected is used to: understand how visitors use WellTao and improve content and performance; ensure the security and availability of the site. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data Retention
WellTao itself does not operate any servers or databases — we do not store any user data directly. Data retention is governed entirely by our third-party service providers: Google Analytics retains analytics data for up to 14 months before automatic deletion; Cloudflare Web Analytics only stores aggregated, non-identifiable statistics.
Third-Party Processors
The following third-party services may process data on our behalf: Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting, CDN, security); Google LLC (Google Analytics 4); Microsoft Corporation (Clarity). Each processor operates under their own privacy policy and, where applicable, is bound by GDPR data processing agreements.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding data held by our third-party analytics providers (such as the right to access, erasure, or opt-out). Since WellTao does not store personal data directly, requests should be directed to the relevant third-party services: Google Analytics (myaccount.google.com), Microsoft Clarity (privacy.microsoft.com).
International Data Transfers
Some of our third-party services (Google, Microsoft) store and process data on servers located in the United States. These transfers are carried out under standard contractual clauses or other appropriate safeguards as required by applicable law.
