Zusanli (ST36)
Zusanli is the He-Sea point of the Stomach meridian, often called the “Number One Wellness Point” or “Longevity Point.” It is one of the most frequently used acupoints in TCM health maintenance.
Location
On the lateral aspect of the lower leg, 3 cun (about 4 finger-widths) below the depression at the lateral knee (Dubai ST35), one finger-width lateral to the anterior border of the tibia.

How to Massage

- Press perpendicularly with thumb
- Pressure until you feel soreness
- 3-5 minutes, 1-2 times daily

- Hold moxa stick 2-3cm from skin
- Warm for 15-20 minutes
- Suitable for deficient cold constitution

- Gently tap around the point with fist
- Promotes Qi and blood circulation
Indications

- Abdominal pain, diarrhea, constipation

Precautions
- Use with caution during pregnancy
- Avoid pressing over broken skin
- Avoid strong pressure immediately after meals
