Common signs

These descriptions can help you understand and record what you notice. They cannot establish a diagnosis on their own.

  • Persistent tiredness

Exhaustion that a full night's rest doesn't touch, lasting weeks and steadily eating into work and daily life. Start by tracking your sleep and energy; if it doesn't lift, have it checked out.

  • Difficulty concentrating

Focus that keeps slipping, forgetting things, rereading the same paragraph. It often goes with short sleep or an overdrawn battery; if it comes with persistent low mood or noticeable memory decline, seek an evaluation.

  • Repeated infections or slow healing

Repeated infections or slow wound healing alongside fatigue deserve medical assessment. These symptoms alone do not prove weak immunity.

  • Muscle aches

Sore, heavy muscles without any workout to explain them, tender to the touch, and only partly relieved by rest. If the ache stays fixed in one spot or worsens alongside fatigue, have it evaluated.

  • Poor sleep quality

Trouble falling asleep, vivid dreams with frequent waking, or mornings without any sense of rest — a pattern that feeds daytime fatigue and vice versa. Regular sleep hours are a fair first experiment; if weeks pass without improvement, seek professional help.

Concepts in traditional Chinese medicine

  • Qi Deficiency
  • Blood Deficiency
  • Spleen Deficiency
  • Kidney Deficiency

These are concepts from a traditional medical framework, not modern medical diagnoses. Do not select a treatment or identify a pattern from symptoms alone. Discuss TCM approaches with a qualified health professional, and do not delay or replace needed medical care.
