Lung-Spleen Qi Deficiency

  • Avoid sleeping flat on your back when possible
  • Cut back on alcohol and spicy food before bed
  • Keep a regular sleep schedule
  • Manage weight to reduce neck tissue bulk
  • If nasal blockage is obvious, improve nasal airflow first
